Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: This includes incorrect phone numbers or being unreachable to receive your order.
Damage Post-Delivery: Once products are delivered in good condition, they are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage during further transport or handling. Note that desserts and treats are fragile and may suffer from cracks, smudges, or melting if not handled properly.
Taste, Flavor, and Texture Issues: Refunds will not be honored for issues related to taste, flavor, or texture, as these are subjective. Our processes and recipes are designed to maintain a good balance.
No Returns or Refunds for Good Condition Purchases: Goods purchased in good condition cannot be returned, nor can their monetary value be refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via transfer at checkout to our account or pay via standard debit and credit cards. You card details are not stored in any way while making payment.
