We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: This includes incorrect phone numbers or being unreachable to receive your order.
- Damage Post-Delivery: Once products are delivered in good condition, they are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage during further transport or handling. Note that desserts and treats are fragile and may suffer from cracks, smudges, or melting if not handled properly.
- Taste, Flavor, and Texture Issues: Refunds will not be honored for issues related to taste, flavor, or texture, as these are subjective. Our processes and recipes are designed to maintain a good balance.
- No Returns or Refunds for Good Condition Purchases: Goods purchased in good condition cannot be returned, nor can their monetary value be refunded.

Delivery and Pickup Information:
- Location Limitations: For quality assurance, we do not deliver to all locations in Lagos.
- Delivery Methods: Products are delivered via our in-house drivers, riders, or cab-hailing apps (e.g., Uber, Bolt).
- Pickup Instructions: We will inform you a few hours before dispatch. For safety, drivers cannot enter personal spaces; please meet them outside for pickup. If unavailable, provide a contact for a representative to receive the order.
- Condition on Arrival: Slight distress due to location limitations does not affect product quality. A few minutes in the refrigerator can help restore appearance.
- Product Availability: After 5 PM WAT, some products may not be available.

Generally speaking, orders are considered final once paid for and entered into our system, but we do allow immediate changes. Please note that the cost of your order may increase if you change the design,quantity, flavour and size etc.

You are required to pay the full amount that was quoted to you. If you order via our website and you dont make the full payment, your order will not be processed.
They all come in box of 6 and 12. A minumum of 2 flavors for a box of 6 and a maximum of 4 flavors for a box of 12.
Yes, you absolutely can. We are more than glad to have you experience the joy of all our baking and our flavours. Some sizes can accommodate up to two flavours, and some can accommodate a maximum of three.
